The plancha is made of 4 mm thick, food-grade stainless steel and is, of course, made in Germany. This guarantees extreme dimensional stability, no sharp edges, and a polished surface that not only looks elegant but also makes cleaning easier – even in the dishwasher. The fine FENNEK engraving provides a special eye-catcher.

With your individual plancha, you design every detail yourself: Choose the right dimensions for your grill, opt for a large drainage hole for precise disposal of grilling residues. Also, decide whether the corners should be open or welded to neatly drain excess fat. You also have a choice for the edges – a front edge prevents grilled food from sliding off, while a beveled back edge is perfect for a rear burner. This way, your very own plancha is created, which not only fits perfectly but also simplifies your grilling routine.
However, please note during configuration that sufficient space for exhaust air must be provided, as extreme heat build-up could cause the plancha to deform.
