The perfect solution for flame-grilled salmon and co.

The closed holder allows the flame-grilled salmon to be served directly, as no juice can drip onto the table. Thanks to the 2 heat protection strips, which serve as spacers, sensitive surfaces are protected during serving. The resulting air slot can be used with candles as a heat source, so that the salmon does not cool down.

The flame salmon holder is made of 100% stainless steel and is therefore durable, food-safe, heat- and fire-resistant. It is kind to the environment and your wallet, as you don't have to keep buying new boards. Our flame salmon holder also saves time, as there is no need to water it like a wooden board.
