The Smasher is suitable for pans, planchas, grill plates and fire plates – ideal for the kitchen, barbecue or camping.
How do you use the Smasher correctly?
Form a loose meatball (approx. 80–100 g), place it on the hot plancha or pan, and press down firmly with the smasher for 5–10 seconds. Then release and let it cook – don't turn it over immediately!
Do I need to heat or grease the smasher beforehand?
No, the Smasher itself doesn't need to be preheated or greased. Just make sure the grill surface is well oiled so the meat releases easily after searing.
Can I clean the FENNEK Smasher in the dishwasher?
Yes, the smasher is dishwasher safe and made of food-grade stainless steel. Alternatively, it can also be cleaned by hand.
