Shipping (via DHL)
Shipping Costs Germany
Packaging and shipping to addresses within Germany: €6.90. Free shipping for orders over €50. Free returns within 14 days.
If a partial cancellation reduces the order value below the €50 free shipping threshold, the conditions for free delivery within Germany no longer apply. Shipping costs may therefore be charged subsequently.
Shipping Costs Austria
Packaging and shipping to addresses in Austria: €14.50.
Shipping Costs France, Denmark, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Belgium, Monaco, Poland and Czech Republic
Packaging and shipping to these countries: €19.90.
Shipping Costs United Kingdom
Packaging and shipping to UK addresses: €46.00.
Shipping Costs Italy, Spain and Sweden
Packaging and shipping to these countries: €22.50.
Shipping Costs Ireland, Finland, Greece, Croatia, Portugal, Romania and Cyprus
Packaging and shipping to these countries: €29.00.
Shipping Costs Switzerland
Packaging and shipping to Switzerland: €28.00 (including customs fees).
Cheaper delivery to Switzerland is available via MeinEinkauf.ch service. All information at MeinEinkauf.ch. They handle all customs formalities and home delivery for a small fee. Your goods will arrive quickly, customs-cleared and at lower cost.
We do not ship to other regions or countries! Worldwide shipping is therefore not available.
Delivery Terms
Unless otherwise stated, deliveries within Germany take 1-3 working days after order receipt. For international shipments: approx. 2-10 days.
Shipments to non-EU countries (e.g. Switzerland) are VAT-exempt.
Payment Methods
We accept PayPal, direct debit (PayPal Plus), credit card (PayPal Plus), bank transfer or Klarna.
PayPal
Payment can be made via PayPal online service. This requires a PayPal account. You must log in with your credentials and confirm the payment (except for guest checkout). More details during checkout.
Direct Debit
Through PayPal Plus, direct debit payment is available as an option below PayPal payment method. Credit checks may be performed by PayPal. No PayPal account required. By paying, you authorize PayPal to debit the amount from your registered bank account. More details during checkout.
Credit Card
Through PayPal Plus, credit card payment is available as an option below PayPal payment method. No PayPal account required. More details during checkout.
Bank Transfer
For bank transfers, you'll receive our bank details immediately after order submission. Please include your order number in the reference. Orders ship only after payment receipt. Note: Bank transfers may take 2-4 working days (up to 5 days for payments from Austria).
Klarna
When paying via Klarna, the claim is assigned to Klarna Bank AB. Credit checks may be performed. Payment is processed through Klarna. You authorize Klarna to debit the amount from your registered account. More details during checkout. Learn more at www.klarna.com.
Amazon Pay

Cancellation Policy
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day you (or a third party you named) took possession of the goods.

via clear statement (e.g., letter or email) of your decision to cancel. You may use the attached model cancellation form (not mandatory).
The cancellation period is met if you send the notice before its expiry.
Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs from choosing non-standard delivery), within fourteen days of receiving your cancellation notice. We use the original payment method unless agreed otherwise. No fees will be charged for this refund. We may withhold refund until we receive the goods back or proof of return.
You must return the goods immediately and no later than fourteen days after notifying us of cancellation to:

The deadline is met if you send the goods within fourteen days. Returns from Germany are free; international returns require you to bear shipping costs. You only pay for diminished value if caused by unnecessary handling.
