Shipping (via DHL)

shipping costs Germany
Packaging and shipping to addresses within Germany €6.90. Free shipping for purchases over €50. Free returns within 14 days.
If the free shipping limit of €50 is not met in the case of a partial cancellation, the conditions for free delivery within Germany are no longer met. The shipping costs can therefore be invoiced subsequently.

Shipping costs France, Austria, Denmark, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Belgium, Monaco, Poland and Czech Republic
For packaging and shipping to addresses in France, Austria, Denmark, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Belgium, Monaco, Poland and the Czech Republic we charge €19.90 upon delivery.

For packaging and shipping to addresses in England we charge €46.00 upon delivery.

Shipping costs Italy, Spain and Sweden
For packaging and shipping to addresses in Italy, Spain and Sweden we charge €22.50 upon delivery.

Shipping costs Ireland, Finland, Greece, Croatia, Portugal, Romania and Cyprus
For packaging and shipping to addresses in Ireland, Finland, Greece, Croatia, Portugal, Romania and Cyprus we charge €29.00 upon delivery.

shipping costs Switzerland
For packaging and shipping to addresses in Switzerland we charge 46.00 € upon delivery (including customs duties).
Delivery to Switzerland is cheaper using the MeinEinkauf.ch service. You can find all the information at MeinEinkauf.ch . MeinEinkauf.ch will then take care of all customs formalities and delivery to your door for a small fee. You will receive your goods quickly, customs cleared and inexpensively.
Regions and countries other than those mentioned will not be delivered to! Complete worldwide shipping is therefore not possible.

delivery conditions
Unless otherwise stated, deliveries within Germany take place within 1-3 working days after receipt of the order. Outside Germany, the delivery time is approximately 2-10 days.
Deliveries to countries outside the EU (e.g. Switzerland) are exempt from VAT.

payment terms
Payment is made via PayPal, direct debit (PayPal Plus), credit card (PayPal Plus), direct bank transfer or via Klarna.

PayPal
The invoice amount can be paid via the online provider Paypal. This requires registration with them. You must also identify yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instruction to us (with the exception of guest access). Further information can be found during the ordering process.

Direct debit
As part of the PayPal Plus program, the option of paying by direct debit is offered as a direct selection below the PayPal payment method. Any credit checks are carried out by PayPal. Payment can also be processed without a PayPal account. When making a payment, you give PayPal a direct debit authorization to collect the amount from your bank account specified with PayPal. Further information is available during the ordering process.

Direct bank transfer
If you pay by bank transfer, you will receive our bank details immediately after submitting your order. When making the transfer, please make sure to include your order number in the purpose of payment. The order will only be dispatched once the money has been received in our account. Please note that, depending on the bank, it can take between 2-4 working days for your payment to reach us. For payments from Austria, the time is extended to up to 5 working days.

Klarna
When paying via Klarna, the claim is transferred to Klarna Bank AB. Any credit checks can be carried out by Klarna. Payment is processed via Klarna. When making a payment, you give Klarna a direct debit authorization to collect the amount from your bank account specified with Klarna. Further information is available during the ordering process. Amazon Payment
To pay with your Amazon account, you grant FENNEK access to the following account information: name, email address, postal code and the delivery and billing addresses that you select during the payment process. cancellation policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the sample withdrawal form attached below, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

consequences of revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods promptly and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract to:

to return or hand over the goods. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. Returns from Germany are free of charge; outside Germany you will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to check their quality, properties and functioning.

If the free shipping limit of 50 euros is not met in the case of a partial cancellation, the conditions for free delivery within Germany are no longer met. The shipping costs can therefore be invoiced subsequently.
