  • 1.2 kg salmon fillet with skin
  • 1 teaspoon coarse salt
  • ½ teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder, sweet
  • ½ teaspoon lemon pepper
  • Optional: fresh lemon, balsamic vinegar and rosemary for additional flavor

Preparation:

1. Preparation of the flame salmon holder:

    Lightly coat your stainless steel salmon grill with oil to prevent the salmon from sticking.

    2. Prepare the fire:
