Ingredients:
- 500 g black tiger prawns, deveined and peeled
- 3 tablespoons olive oil, preferably extra virgin
- 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes
- juice and zest of a lime
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 stalk lemongrass, finely chopped
- 1 small piece of fresh ginger, finely chopped
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Fresh herbs such as coriander or parsley, for garnishing

Preparation:
1. Prepare the marinade:
In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic, chili flakes, lime juice and zest, honey, lemongrass, ginger, salt and pepper. Add the shrimp, making sure they are completely covered with the marinade. Let the shrimp marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
2. Preheat the fire plate:
