    • 200 g squid rings

    • Fresh herbs (e.g. parsley, dill) for garnish

    Preparation:

    1. Heat the fire plate well.
    2. Mix the seafood with olive oil and drizzle with lemon juice.
    3. Season the seafood with salt and pepper.
    4. Place the prawns, scallops and squid rings in the middle of the plate and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until cooked through. The seafood should take on a nice color and be lightly browned.       Main course 1: Juicy beef steak from the fire plate

      Ingredients:

      • 2 beef steaks (e.g. ribeye or fillet)
      • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
      • salt and pepper to taste
      • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
      • 1 sprig of rosemary
      • meat thermometer

      Preparation:

      1. Continue heating the fire plate so that the plate is very hot to create a nice crust on the steak. Optionally, this crust can be created on a special grill grate that is placed either on the hole in the plate or on the grill crown.
      2. Brush the steaks with cooking oil and season generously with salt.
      3. Place the steaks on the hot inner area of ​​the plate and fry them for 2-3 minutes per side. The core temperature is crucial for a perfect steak:
      • Medium-rare: 55-57°C
      • Medium: 60-63°C
      • Well-done: 70°C and more

        4. Add the chopped garlic and rosemary sprig for extra flavor.
        5. After frying, let the steaks rest for about 5 minutes so that the meat juices can distribute and season them again with salt and pepper if necessary.

          Main course 2: Perfect burgers from the fire plate

          Ingredients:

          • 4 burger patties (beef, pork or poultry)
          • 4 burger buns
          • 4 slices of cheese (e.g. Cheddar, Gouda or Emmental)
          • lettuce leaves, tomato slices, onion rings
          • ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise
          • Optional: cucumber slices, jalapeños, bacon, avocado, BBQ sauce

          Preparation:

          1. Heat the fire plate properly and oil it with cooking oil.
          2. Place the burger patties on the plate and cook for 2 - 4 minutes per side until cooked through. Want a smashed burger? Then use this hot part!

            Ingredients:

            • 300 g beef, cut into strips
            • 1 red pepper, cut into strips
            • 1 green pepper, cut into strips
            • 1 onion, cut into strips

            • 1 teaspoon paprika powder

            • tortillas

              Ingredients:

              • 1 ripe pineapple
              • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
              • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
              • 1 tablespoon butter
              • Optional: vanilla ice cream or whipped cream

              Preparation:

              1. Cut the pineapple into thick slices and remove the hard core.
              2. Mix the brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
              3. Spread the pineapple slices with the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
