So what has been happening on the Costa del Sol this summer? For those who don't know: the Costa del Sol is a stretch of coast in the south of Spain. And a certain Anja Würfl was there for seven weeks in May and June. If you don't know the lady in question, you may have heard of her YouTube channel: Die Frau am Grill. The 41-year-old woman from Upper Palatinate publishes detailed and interesting videos on the subject of grilling twice a week.
In Spain she had our Fennek Grill with her. And since she couldn't catch any fish on the beach, she quickly created a new burger on our good device: the Beach Burger .
Ingredients:
- 8 small marinated pork steaks
- 4 burger patties
- 4 burger buns
- 4 large lettuce leaves
- 20 burger cucumber slices
- 4 large slices of tomato
- 4 large onion rings
- Sauces of your choice (BBQ sauce, ketchup, mayonnaise, cocktail sauce)
Preparation:
1. Grilling
Grill burger patties and minute steaks until cooked to your desired level.
Shortly before the end of the grilling process, lightly toast the inside of the burger buns.
2. Top the burger
The bottom of the burger is topped with two minute steaks next to each other. Followed by salad and sauce. On top of that is the burger patty, followed by cucumber slices, tomatoes, onions and more sauce.
3. Enjoy burgers
Burger bun, put the lid on and enjoy!
