Ingredients:

  • 1.2 kg salmon fillet with skin
  • 1 teaspoon coarse salt
  • ½ tsp chili flakes
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika powder
  • ½ tsp lemon pepper
  • Optional: fresh lemon, balsamic vinegar and rosemary for additional flavor

Preparation:

1. Preparation of the flame-grilled salmon holder:

    Lightly coat your stainless steel flame-grilled salmon holder with oil to prevent the salmon from sticking.

    2. Prepare the fire:

      Light a fire in the fire bowl . Add thicker logs, ideally beech, as these ensure even burning and optimal heat development.
