Ingredients (for 2 servings):
- 200 g flour
- 100 ml water
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- 100 g crème fraîche
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 garlic clove (crushed)
- 1 zucchini
- 1 red pepper
- 1 red onion
- 100 g goat cheese
- 1 tsp honey
- Fresh thyme
Preparation:
1. Prepare the dough:
Knead flour, water, olive oil and salt into a smooth dough and roll it out thinly.
2. Prepare vegetables:
Thinly slice the zucchini, dice the bell pepper, and slice the onion. Then fry the vegetables in a little oil on the griddle until they develop a roasted aroma.
3. Pre-bake the tarte flambée base:
Place the thinly rolled out dough directly on the fire plate and bake until golden brown on one side.
Tip: If your dough is too soft, you can place it on a piece of baking paper and carefully pull it onto the fire plate.
4. Top the tarte flambée:
Turn the base over and top with crème fraîche, mustard, garlic, the roasted vegetables and goat cheese.
5. Serve:
Once the base is cooked, garnish with some honey and fresh thyme and enjoy.
